Very poor customer service. Beyond rude in the store. Equally rude over the phone. I’m not sure if I just kept getting the same employee or if all the workers have a lousy attitude. Drive to Novi. Better selection. Better customer service.

Horrible customer service both in store and online. Purchased a pair of pants their brand tried to exchange tags and everything still on them they said they wouldn’t allow it with out receipt I paid cash and misplaced it just. Grabbed wrong style same size and everything the manager was so rude from the second I walked into store giving attitude and wouldn’t even help me find the pants I wanted just kept telling me they are along the far back wall. Called customer service they told me each store has their own policies and wouldn’t be willing to help unless I purchased online. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.

She was very helpful in pointing me to the right direction of things I wanted and she was patient with me when I had questions. She even told me about the rewards and discount programs. I will definitely be back!

I haven’t even been to this location. But just based on the conversation I had with the young lady who picked up the phone I would never go there. I called to ask a very simple question in order to save time for both myself and the associates working. I encountered nothing but rudeness, sarcasm and just overall the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would never give this place my money based on how their employees seem to act.

Great customer service, better than the Novi location by far. Was informed of sales and where things in my price range would be immediately, unlike being ignored at other locations for 20 minutes.
