Corrupted Phaze

I will definitely be using Technical Hot and Cold for all my future HVAC needs. My furnace died and I called to have someone sent out to look at it. Technical Hot and Cold sent out one of their technicians, Chuck, to diagnose my furnace. While looking at it he walked me through everything that he thought could be wrong with it and said he would give me a few quotes (one for repair, one for replacement). After receiving his quotes, we realized the repair for our almost 30 year old furnace was not worth doing as it could fail anytime after for a different reason. We decided to replace the furnace and set up an appointment for October 23. The day of the appointment Chuck called me about 15 to 20 minutes before he arrived in the morning to let me know he was on his way. Jon and Chuck were the technicians that installed my furnace and they went above and beyond. They noticed that my AC was not properly installed by whomever the previous homeowners contracted and were able to adjust the install of my furnace to accommodate for the original installers shoddy work. They were both very friendly to myself and both of my dogs. They made sure that everything was installed properly and that I was happy with it before cleaning up and leaving. I would absolutely recommend Technical Hot and Cold to anyone in the area looking for HVAC work.

They took the time to research and explain in a way I could understand. Most often times, customer service makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them but the guys (Josh and Hayden) were SO HELPFUL!!

I called Technical Hot and Cold as I was having boiler issues. I called over the weekend and the emergency on-call technician called back quickly and provided advice over the phone. I was able to call in the morning the next business day and they promptly had someone out to my house in almost no time. Ryan was super helpful and answered my questions and provided advice as my boiler is ancient at this point. After checking all the potential issues she was able to replace the gas valve and get my boiler running again without much trouble. To sum it up I would definately use Technical Hot and Cold again. They will be on the top of my list when it comes to getting my boiler replaced in the near future.
