Neil and Charlotte are absolute heros! Neil simply would not give up (in spite of being let down by third party specialists which sent us down long, complex and ultimately incorrect paths) in finding the solution the problem. He showed real tenacity and a really gave the problem everything he had. Charlotte was always very well informed and kept us updated along the way. Thank you so much for fixing our van - you are going to be our first port of call in the future (but hopefully not too soon!)

Managed to get me in next day to fix my aircon. Even though it was a stubborn issue and I had to come in a second time a week later, he was able to resolve the new issue that cropped up and even give me a free regas! Very professional and spot on job. Would recommend .
Outstanding - car seen almost immediately, electrical fault traced and mended within an hour or two - and all at a very reasonable price. Worth travelling here for many miles in order to enjoy such excellent service. Very highly recommended.
