Brown’s Chrysler was excellent from start to finish. They brought a truck in from another dealership that suited my needs. Dale was always available to answer my questions. Through Covid Danielle was awesome about handling my insurance and registration. Always friendly and accommodating. They even delivered my truck to our house in Athabasca. I am extremely happy with the truck and the service that the good people at Browns provided.

I've been going to Browns since I first got on the road. Whether I owned a Hyundai, Ford, Dodge it didn't matter I always trusted Brown's for my service. I've always enjoyed their customer service. Super friendly, easy to talk to and be real with. They have been super helpful as of late with their shuttle getting me to and from appointments and accommodating me with my new baby, sometimes even picking the car up for me which proves their customer service is outstanding. I will continue to stick by them.

Outstanding service! I come from Athabasca where we don't have a Dodge dealer. We usually service in Edmonton but Browns beats any dealer in Edmonton and Lac La Biche! First impressions here are great, and hear nothing but good things! The loaners are very nice and very clean. Brought my 13 Journey in for some minor work and also my 18 Grand Cherokee in for a new radio. We have owned dodges since 2014 and been looking for the right one. No other dealer has service this great! When I am ready for an upgrade I will definitely go here!

I was traveling when my vehicle started to go into reduced speed mode so I stopped at Brown’s Jeep dealership in Westlock. They were busy but took my truck in right away to assess the problem. They had to order a part and scheduled me the next day to install the part. Great service all around. Will definitely visit this dealership again.
