Good service and knowledgeable folks. Used Avanty for radon mitigation in Westminster, MD and went from a reading of about 10 to 0.xx. The guys were also very helpful at explaining how the fan and piping worked and what I needed to do to look at the attachment outside to ensure it's working. Great stuff!

Louis was helpful on helpful on the telephone. However, they were a no call no show on the day we have scheduled. Also, the company is very hard to reach. I have never once had them answer a phone during normal business hours. In order to reach them, I would have to call around 9:00AM, and then wait for a call back sometime after 5:00PM. That of course is not acceptable, especially, when you have taken off of work to wait for a company who wont show up. Call someone else.
I had another company perform radon remediation in July. When I noticed my radon levels had climbed back up to over 4, I contacted them and quickly discovered how unknowledgeable and incompetent they really are. So I contacted a second company; the owner came out but never sent an estimate and failed to reply to my communications. Frustrated, I then called Avanty. Louis is awesome! He was communicative, responsive, and was able to give me an estimate based just on the pictures I sent him. When he and his crew showed up, they explained the problem and how they would fix it. These guys clearly know their radon! I wish I had hired them the first time. The final cost was less than the estimate, and after several days of monitoring, my radon levels have never climbed over 1.5. If you have radon problems, forget those other companies. These are the guys you want to call.
I dealt with Louis as we had some troubles with our unit and he got us up and running in no time flat. I would highly recommend these guys as they are top notch and professional. Thanks again!
