Was looking at mobile phones. It took 15 minutes before a staff member acknowledged me and asked if I had any questions. After that they were helpful and had the answers to my questions.

First time I've been to a beat buy store where there were considerably more employees than customers yet not 1, literally, made eye contact with me much less offered to help me. This includes the 2 employees I stood in front of and patiently waited for the flirting and witty banter to finish. I just walked away. By the way, when you go to customer service, make sure you have plenty of time for the argument about who's covering for the rude lady working while she (in her own words)\Takes a leak\. Otherwise you'll be researching on your phone to get answers to your questions like I did before anyone came up to assist. I hope I don't ever forget and go to this place again.

They're Covid crazy and don't appreciate their customers. It's easier to buy stuff on bhphotovideo.com. Its cheaper and there's way more options.

Today we stopped by Best buy to exchange our Smart watch , thanks to the insurance we got two years ago when we purchased our first watches we were able to save almost 400 dollars. So I recommend to get insurance and all the products you get there. Service was good and fast .
