Took forever to get my food that was supposed to take 8min, almost 35 min later I got my food and people who ordered way after me received there’s first. I didn’t even get full wings lol
First time eating at buffalo wild wings go last week and service was great and my wings were good. I went in again and the service was great and the wings were awesome. Dylan helped me both times, shout out to him for great service and food.
Had an amazing experience! Young kid named Dylan was very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and gave me a great suggestion. This kid deserves a promotion. He was Very helpful to everyone I saw him assist.

Went to this new location and it took 45 minutes to receive my order of 10 wings and 1 fries. I know that it is a new location, but the wait time was a little excessive. I am sure that the store lost a lot of future business. Some customers that ordered 15-20 minutes received their order ahead of me, while customers that had ordered ahead of me had only received part of their order and were told that it would be another 30 minutes for the missing part of their order. An update to my review from last week. I went back and to give this Buffalo Wilds Wings another chance. And I was amazed. What a difference a week can make. I ordered the exact same order as I had done the first time, and I had my order within about 8 minutes. Very happy with this second experience.
We decided to order from here since it just opened. We didn't get half of our order and there was no sauce on half of our wings. I called to be credited for the food I was missing and was told that they would make a note and keep it on a desk so the next time I order I could get those items??? I paid 80 for my food and didn't get it all and they want me to order from them again to get the food they didn't give me? Bad customer service!
very Friendly service. I ordered through ubereats and received my food with a few items missing. when I spoke to Brandy, she was nothing but helpful and made sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible. will defiantly continue ordering from here!
