They need to learn how to communicate with each other. We went in and the hostess said a 15 minute wait. Then some other woman walks up and tells us no it will be 30 -35 minutes because she had other people waiting. They should be communicating better with each other

Apparently this was the first day of the new menus however I had naked tenders and onion rings. The menus were jammed in the holding fixture so it was very difficult to get them out. The Honey BBQ sauce didn't come out with my meal but the bartender resolved that concern. Service was ok but a little slow. Management pow-wowed around a back table and didn't do any table visits. Unsightly appearance of boxes and trash rested next to me for my entire visit with no one addressing it although there wasn't an issue for associates to use the door nearby. Not an impressive experience.
We ordered take out. It took way too long to get our food. Our food was very good.
Only once did we have a less than desirable experience here. W/ COVID, they got really busy w/ take out. When they re opened we ordered TO and it was incorrect and sloppy. I didn't realize it til we got home. We have been back multiple times now. We have been very pleased w/ orders since then. Can't wait till we can sit down again.
Ordered the double cheeseburger and it was not edible. The burger was burnt, crispy, had holes in it and was about 1/8 of an inch thick. I cannot believe they would serve food like that. Pictures attached.
Called order in said it be 20 minutes or so, so we get there about 25 minutes I go inside and the line was to the door NO SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL so I went back out to my car to wait for the line to go down so about another 10 extra minutes so now it's almost 20 minutes after the 20 minites they told me so now if our food was done WHICH IT WAS NOT it would have been sitting getting cold for almost 20 minutes. Now I understand busy spurts but I called it in so I didn't have to be around a lot of people and then to see absolutely NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. Then the cashier said I paid for my food with card which I hadn't then she couldn't find my name in the system how can that be if she just said my food was paid for with a card with the name I gave her. So now my question is did she pocket my money. Just a horrible experience this time.
Service is spotty. It depends on how many servers there are. We usually sit in the bar area and the servers are very friendly and do their best to serve quickly. It is definitely noticeable that some of them are overwhelmed at times. The food is way overpriced for the quality of it. We ordered 20 wings and only received 13 of them. We told our server who apologized and brought us out about 15 more and told us he wasn't sure how we were given 13 when the basket had the number 20 on it. We all had a laugh about the situation. But still a great place for beers and sports! Update 10/19/20: Went to dinner here and the service was awful. There was no room at the bar area (which is fine) but our waitress took forever to get our food. When we received it, it was cold. One of our orders was incorrect and the casadillas were disgusting.
