Amazing experience with Carpet Exchange! A I needed carpet and additional Coretec installed in my home during the quarantine. I was so glad to see they were still open and I could get my project done so I could list my home for sale. Jason really listened and was able to get our project completed on time and under budget. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Great job!

Watch out for being quoted wrong. We were quoted one price and then give a 20% higher price after measure because they “forgot” to include install price. We also picked a carpet specifically because it was in stock, only to be told that it was not in stock after the measurements. Lastly, I had to ask about filling the control joints in my basement prior to install. It was never mentioned to me by anyone from carpet exchange. The sales guy said yet but never confirmed what to use. Since some fill materials take 3 days to cure, i can only assume i chose the correct stuff since they never confirmed what material to use.... Never recommend this place and I regret business here.
