I liked that they took before and after photographs of the inside of the stove and chimney. They left the work area very clean! Magic Mountain is an excellent company to deal with. I found them to be very professional, efficient, and reasonable. When I was in need of a chimney repair, they responded quickly to my request, and kept in close contact as to when they would arrive. They explained everything about the problem, and necessary steps to be taken to resolve it.They did an outstanding job executing the repair, working quickly and efficiently. They took pictures of the final result, so I had a good view of what had been done. They were thorough, respectful of my property. and extremely pleasant. I highly recommend them.

The service I received from everyone at Magic Mountain was excellent. I recently had two gas fireplaces inspected prior to putting my home on the market. Steve was my Serviceman and was excellent. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Upon inspecting both fireplaces, he found that one was not operating properly (he took the time to show me what the problem was). Steve placed the order for the part immediately, knowing I was getting ready to sell my house. He arrived yesterday, replaced the part, and was a pleasure to talk to. I would highly recommend this company.

So far so good. Called for an inspection and cleaning and had someone out the next day. He checked the entire fire place and chimney and explained everywhere he saw issues describing what was happening and what should be done. We had photos and an explanation of what he saw qnd an estimate for potential work in a few hours. I called the next day and went over options for repair with all processes and prices laid out. Great experience, super friendly staff.

Jose was on time, very professional knowledgeable, and was able to answer every question. Was slightly higher on price BUT you get what you pay for right? Sometimes the lower payment/cost isn’t always the best deal. Would recommend to someone without question. This is a real review from a real customer and not pressured to write a review. Especially with the majority of the time people go online to bash others. Good people work for this company and it has to start at the top. Thank you Jose and the Magic Mountain Chimney company!
