Sorry. My grandma needs to go here for her doctor check up because they speak Vietnamese but it was a bad experience. The lady at front desk is unprofessional and so confused with paperwork. She was rude to other patients and it hurt my heart. The doctor talks with the mask not covering her nose, she yelled on her phone very loud and unprofessional. The place is like a hoarder house with lots of clutter and dust. It's ridiculous. Nobody sanitized anything after assisting patients. I got a rapid Covid test myself and the guy who assisted me can barely speak English?! How can you study for a doctor/nursing degree and can't speak okay English? I hope he's licensed but at least he was the nicest person other than the other people. This place is a mess and think twice if you have your parents and grandparents go here for checkups. They aren't treated nicely and my heart hurts that I couldn't be here for my grandma.
