I have been a member here for a long time, 15 years. I have finally had enough! Call wait times are long. You are asked to be there 15 minutes prior to your appointment, but sit in the waiting room for at least 15 minutes after scheduled time. Billing department doesn't know what they are doing and was double billed several times, and they refuse to rectify their mistake. Other family members have had horrible experiences as well. We are ALL leaving!!

Be ready to be on hold for 15 minutes before even speaking to anyone. This happens every time me and my husband call. Maybe they need a extra receptionist, or to fix their phone answering system.

Absolutely love this office. Dr Yeash is one the best doctors I have ever seen. He is amazing with the kids also! My son calls him his best friend. The staff is sweet and helpful. Highly recommend.

My experience WAS great. I loved my doctor whom was Dr. Coomes. I called to make an appointment one day and I was told that I had a bill that wasn’t paid. They gave me the number so that I can pay it since I had too before I could book an appointment. Anyway, I did it immediately and and then called back to make my appointment and they told me I was no longer able to be seen there anymore. Let me tell you, I call all the time trying to get seen. I just learned that it was the doctors choice. I was told that the doctor wants to get paid and that it was their decision. I explained numerous times that I never received a single bill and if I did, I would have paid it! It was close to an 80 bill. I was going through a divorce and turns out, they were sending it but they were sent to my ex husbands house!!!! It’s a shame that the doctor only cares about the money. I really liked her and the other doctor I saw (which is who my ex husband saw) and I’m being refused to be seen because a bill that I had no idea about and the second I found out about it, I PAID IT!!!! I guess they’re not good doctors after all.

If you are going to call these guys you better be ready to wait at least 12 minutes. The doctors are great but the reception is not worth it. They are always rude and make you wait forever! I've been going here for 25 years and I am done.
