I have been shopping here for years. In order to understand the quality and value of Omaha Steaks you have to understand the aging of the steaks, etc. These aren't the same steaks that are sold at your local grocery store with the exception of the aged meats. With that being said I typically only take advantage of the sales. I have never had a poor experience at this location and find the selection far superior to most meats I get at the grocery store 5 stars from me and twice on Sundays. Just do some research in advance and understand what Omaha Steaks is before hand and you won't be disappointed.

Placed a Christmas order for multiple family members of over 600, which we were compelled to cancel due to unclear and downright deceitful information on the online ordering, compounded by terrible, callous, and ignorant phone customer service. We cancelled our 600 Christmas order (which, btw, will take an unreasonable 10 days to have returned) and will never again consider ordering from the Omaha Steaks company.

All, I just wanted to let you know about a recent experience I had at the Westminster Colorado store. We went to this store about 7pm to purchase a gift for a friend. My fiance and I entered the store and eventually, a young woman came out from the back. She seemed irritated and annoyed that we were there shopping. We asked if she had recommendations she said not really, we asked a few other questions and got one-word answers. This was our first time in the store and we were excited and even wanted to purchase a gift box/set for ourselves. The girl was so short and rude to us the entire time. She did not offer to sign us up for rewards during our transaction. I felt very turned off by this experience. We have always wanted to purchase ohmaha steaks but weren't too sure so going into the store seemed like a good first experience. Young girl, 20-25,. dark purple hair, piercings, and a bad attitude! If this is the way she treats all of your customers I would be prepared for more comments/reviews like this.

Hi, just a heads up...As you spend your money here and earn your points by doing so, just know that in order to receive your free item that was earned by spending money here will ONLY be fulfilled by spending more money. What a joke!

There was a young woman on duty at the store. She acted as if it was a bother to wait on us. She was curt and unfriendly. I would think twice before shopping at this store again. The products are excellent, and the store is attractive.

I frequented Omaha Steaks and Fort Lauderdale Florida for many years. First time I visited a local branch here in Westminster Colorado, and I have to vent and tell you the female staff member you have working there on Wednesday in the mornings is fairly terrible with communication. She was nothing but arrogant and condescending but eventually after pushing her further she managed to provide the information I was seeking. I think I interrupted her busy morning schedule.

I did a order online for my dad for fathers day. So he got his meats but i ordered him a fathers day card that i paided extra for and he didn't receive it. When i pay for something I expect him to receive Everything. I would like a refund for my card.
