Called on Thursday around 10:30-11 am to reschedule an appointment, the lady I spoke with who answered the phone put me on hold for about 15 minutes before even asking me what I needed help with then, proceeded to get some information from me to put me on hold again. This lady had a complete attitude, was not helpful at all, tells me wait for my court date they will probably extend it anyways and I can talk to my public defender after that date, Well with my noticing how unhelpful and rude she was with her attitude I asked for her name and she refused to give her name, probably because she knew how rude she was being. Don’t work In customers service if you don’t want to help people.
