My husband and I had a lovely experience at their shop during the Christmas season. We splurged and bought ourselves slippers, gloves, and earmuffs. The slippers really are the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn. I have raynaud's, so my feet are always cold, but the Shepherd of Sweden slippers keep my toes warm and cozy all through the winter. My husband is obsessed with his gloves and slippers too. They offered great customer service and let us try on a large quantity of slippers in store until we found the perfect fit. They really do care about their customers. When one of our items developed a fault they were quick to respond to our email and replace the item for us. Great store, great customer service, we will definitely be back again!

Superb customer service from this family firm. Ordered a pair of the Lina slippers as a Christmas gift. They developed a wee split after about a week of wear. Contacted Westmorland and Tim sent me an apologetic email - and a replacement pair of slippers! Top marks. Highly recommended.

Just bought my first pair of skeepskin slippers in dark chocolate. Very impressed with the factory seconds. Customer service second to non, no issues, swift delivery given covid situation it was very fast. Loved the dust bag that came with, i now have another shopping bag as it has handles! Only minor gripe as i have wide feet, is one slipper pinches slightly by the toes but this is only very slightly. They are soft, comfortable and toasty warm. I am coming back for some mocassins! I love hand made quality items and this is certainly that!
