Immediately started receiving text message spam after giving this company my phone number while ordering. Haven't given my number out anywhere else in months.

Placed and order and seemed to be a good company, order was shipped quickly. One item received was the wrong item. Company argeed to send proper one and a return shipping label to send the incorrect prodcut back. Weeks went by and the company did not follow through on their end. Stopping answering emails and phone calls so went through paypal to get money back. Company agreed to issue refund if I returned the product at my expense. We did just to get this over with. Company refused delivery of the returned product. Horrible customer service!! What kind of scam are they running? We don't have the product we need, we are out the cost of the product and we are out the shipping charges! Was this the companies way of sticking it to us? Will never deal with them again.
This is a business apparently without a sense of responsibility toward customers who have paid for a product and need to make follow up contact for something as simple as receipt of an invoice for the product that has been purchased. Phone calls go unanswered—multiple rings and then a hang up. Emails to request the invoice are disregarded. I plan to contact the insurance company with details of my unfortunate experience with this company. If I have to “eat “ the cost fo the equipment then I will do that. I will not be in a state of bankruptcy should I not be unable to recoup the claim. There are some business standards that are expected from companies operating in Canada. In my opinion this company .I have literally spent our attempting to resolve issues with no success. A warning to others who need CPAP supplies. Be forewarned.
Best prices I could find in Canada after searching multiple sites. Also very responsive to any inquiries and questions. I wanted a travel cpap in time for a camping trip, they upgraded the shipping to xpresspost at no cost. Would highly recommend and will shop here again.
Its not a Canadian company, and not even answering customers after missing item in order. I Deeply regret paying for them. Buy somewhere else.

***Commande faite le 3 octobre et toujours pas reçue le 23 décembre. Ne répond pas à mes messages. Pas de remboursement. Je pense contacter l'office de la protection du consommateur. Pas reçu ma commande après plus de 50 jours, pas de réponse, pas de remboursement... Ne faites pas affaire avec cette compagnie.
