Worst after-sale customer service! Purchased boots (last year's model) full price in store, then realized that they were half price online. They have a NO-RETURN-FINAL-SALE policy which is ONLY indicated on the receipt, even on full priced purchases!!!

A very bad dishonest customer service after sale experience. No return policy inside the store. Return policy btw the store and the website not at all equal. Website full refund within 21 days and no refund when you buy in store but no mention of different policy no where so HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO KNOW that when you buy in the store, no refund policy?. . Paid full price for a white boots of last year when the balck boots are 20% off. The owner hang up on me. According to Articles 41 and 223.1 of consumer protection law, CHOU CHOW are wrong doing so I am filling a complaint.
