Strongly recommend. Dr. Nikola is an amazing therapist and has helped me recover from a bad state of mind. She's delicate and clears your mind. Subtly, let's you figure out things on your own.

I believe “Dr.bita “ is extremely incompetent & unethical; 1- used her personal family issues as an example in one of our many sessions. 2- during my last session with her, she informed me she would be ending our sessions & in addition did not provide me with a referral for another psychologist to replace her. 3- she did this during Covid pandemic, when stress levels were already at an all time high. No helpful action plan. No concrete useful solutions. Lacks leadership skills. Poor follow-up after each session. Denies inappropriate comments she makes when confronted. “Dr.bita” significantly increased stress levels & anxiety during an already painful family situation, during covid! Last, Conveniently informed me; “ I am not equipped to help you” after I already spent 5000.00 with her. 300./50mins..... better to invest in a good pair of shoes & walk as far from her as possible.

The staff is very sympathetic, warm and nice, but a bit unprofessional. Two of my appointments needed to be moved back, which considerably delayed my ADHD diagnosis, so I had to do my student final exams without having the opportunity of getting prescribed medication first. I wrote them an email about an inquiry I had that they never answered, then wrote a second one that was never answered either. The price for their ADHD diagnosis is insanely high for what it actually is, which is just a 30 minutes auditory/visual test on a computer, including a 55-minutes session that originally was supposed to be billed separately. When they sent me my report, there was no follow-up, no explanation whatsoever about how I should get medication or how I should proceed with school accommodations. I had to ask friends who had ADHD/knew someone with ADHD to figure out how to get a prescription. Overall, it's a good place for therapy, but I do not recommend for anyone to take their ADHD test here. There are less expensive places that offer you more thorough, better assessments.
