Dr. Rishi Chugh is my family doctor. I was lucky enough to hear through the grape-vine (facebook) that a doctor was taking on new patients (I was without a family doctor for over a decade). I followed him from that original clinic, to an interim clinic, to Cabot Square (all the while knowing he was trying to get his own office off the ground). Dr. Chugh is kind and personable. He's easy to talk to and listens well. He has excellent people skills and seems genuinely interested in helping. He's pro-active and is an active listener. This new clinic is nice and modern. I visited the nurses station and two consultation rooms and they were well presented and comfortable. I don't know the name of the nurse I dealt with, but he was very kind and personable as well. Overall seeing a young staff enter the family practice field gave me a glimmer of hope - I just hope they stick around / don't get swallowed up by the bureaucracy of navigating the Québec health care system. *** EDIT 2020-02-13 *** Turns out Dr. Rishi is going to go private. I met Dr. Paul who will transition his patients, he was really nice. Not sure if I'll be able to stay with the clinic. I might have to try and find a local doctor on the South Shore, since Westmount is a trek. Back to having no family doctor! :-( Québec has a real problem keeping its young doctors - they need to ask them why, and listen long and hard.

Booked an appointment for 11 and specifically asked if 11 would be good to see the doctor since I had to go back to work at 12 30. I waited till 12 00 and the doctor had still 2 other patients to see before me. When asked the receptionist if I can go and come back after 1 since I had to be at work for a very important meeting she says no and upon me asking why I was booked for 11 15 if there is still 2 patients ahead of me at 12 00 she says she doesn't know and that she does not care about someone's personal life. I understand if patients take time but having that kind of attitude is just not acceptable especially when there is an appointment booked. Very poor attitude and customer service from the receptionist.

Dr Chugh was super friendly, down to earth, and helpful! I booked through bonjour sante and although I waited an hour, it was okay. He was very kind and helped with what I needed. Kindness goes a long way. Very happy with the experience.

It is almost a miracle to have an appointment in the next few days! The clinic has an amazing service and Dr.Paul Budhiraja is one of the rare Doctors who is attentive,funny and caring. Our Family is very lucky to have him as a family doctor.
