Used it twice this week and both times got a virtual doctor visit very quickly. Love this service because you don't have to wait in a clinic to see a doctor, and the meds the doctor prescribed were instantly ready at my phamarcy for pick-up. Will definitely be using this service often.

Amazing and quick virtual service. Had an appointment with a doctor within 1 hr of contacting for my child (in the evening). This was our 3rd time and the appointment is always within a short time frame and the team is always very helpful, from the Care Managers to the Physicians! Was even able to send the prescription directly to the pharmacy. Thank you for this incredible service!
Honestly is a complete waste of time, every time That I call I get the same answer, go to a walking clinic, it does not matter the reason of the call. Completely point less, they provide not help at all.
Just an awful, awful service. You’ll likely save time by driving to a walk-in and waiting. I’ve been waiting for over 90minutes now with no sign of an end in sight. This app promises a lot but delivers little. See the time- log below. Timeline: 1:28pm: Engaged app and filled out visit information. Waited 12 minutes. 1:40pm: Call centre person came on 12minutes later and scheduled me to speak with a Doctor at 2:00pm. 1:58pm: Re-engaged . Waited...16 minutes 2:14pm: call centre person said the doctor was finishing up with other patients. 2:30pm: call centre person said the doctor was unavailable and cannot schedule a doctor until 7:30pm. Hangs up. 2:33pm: re-engaged. Waiting 11 minutes 2:44pm: call centre person came on and said maybe the doctor will be ready at 3pm. Said she will call when the doctor is ready. But no promises were made on a time. 3:01pm: Still haven’t heard anything and have not received a call.
Fantastic service. Spoke to a doc within 15 min. Had uploaded pics of the issue, and got a diagnosis within a few minutes of discussing. Prescription was sent very quickly to my local pharmacy for pick up. Saved so much time and hassle of taking time off work to see a doc. Highly recommend this service!
Predatory corporation with efficient marketing but bad service. I paid for a consultation with a doctor but I saw a "supernurse" instead (who seemed competent, but that's not the issue: you can't sell one thing and deliver another). I had some lab work done, and when the result came in, I was told the supernurse in question didn't work there anymore so I couldn't get a follow-up consultation. I was asked to pay for a new consultation to get my result. I told them to just send me the result and that I'd go to see a real doctor with it, but they haven't sent it! So I got it directly from the lab instead, and it's negative. Basically, these clowns wanted me to pay for another consultation just to be told it's all ok. What a scam!
Very limiting, huge waste of time. Difficult to achieve results with this flawed system. Don't bother if you have anything more severe than a cold. Some doctors/NP only work once or twice a week so it's difficult to see the same person again. Allocated time slot is often not respected due to calls going overtime, miscommunication between all parties involved. Given the circumstances, support staff are outstanding and very professional. Bottom line: Don't waste precious time and money with an online doctor if you're sick, go and see a health care professional in person instead
Awesome awesome service, first time in the entire decade i lived in Canada, i felt interacting with a medical practitioner that was genuinely not in a hurry, unlike the brick and mortar doctors. I really really hope that providers like EQ bring a paradigm shift in the barely functional and completely unprofessional health care system in Canada, and challenge the natural monopolies.
