I've been going to Ongles Experts for over 5 years and I can honestly say that it's the best experience I've ever had with any waxing or nail services. All the staff are extremely skilled at their work, friendly, and put the time/effort needed to make sure their client is happy. If you need a superstar for waxing, ask for Martina, she saved my damaged skin/hair with patience, skills, and a passion for helping her clients. She's also amazing at threading, eye brows or eyelashes. I highly recommend this Spa.

Facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, back treatment.. This place has been my one stop shop for everything! Quality service; they pay attention to detail and make sure you are happy with their services. The staff is excellent and most have been there for years. I have been a regular since 2015 and am always satisfied. I am all about supporting a business that treats their staff as well as their clients with the same level of warmth and respect. When the staff are happy to be there, so are the customers!

Great place!!! Excellent service, on time and very professional. I did not have to wait when I got there. They did a phenomenal job with the SNS, and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!!!! :)

Very nice place Accessible cause it’s dtown, the staff is very friendly. Usually very booked so make sure to take an appointment. They rushed a little bit in the service but still very tolerable The setup is nice, you even have a hook for your purse which i think is a must Prices are very fair. I would def recommend

Ongles expert is a must! (very clean). Quelle salon fantastique! (et propre). Ask for Martina if you need any type of facial, threading, waxing. Seriously! I found the salon a couple of years ago near Alexis Nihon and, at the time, met Martina with ingrown hairs, too thin patchy eyebrows etc - she's like an 'artistic surgeon' (!?) so helped fix all of it Martina is one of Montreal's best kept secrets as far as estheticians go. Professional, non-judgmental, kind, efficient, super talented and all takes place in a lovely, spacious, full service salon on the green line!! Highly recommend obviously.

I can only speak to a pedicure I took here but I was happy with the results. The nail technician was very detailed and gentle. The salon is quiet and overall I had a relaxing experience. Didn’t feel noisy or rushed at all. I paid around 35 dollars for a simple pedicure (no gel). The salon itself has a bunch of services from waxing to nail care etc.

Very good service. I usually get my SNS done there and they make it very impeccable. Clean and nice staff. Good availabilities also. Never waited for my appointment. Definitely will be my go to place from now on.
