Avoid as all costs. I went during opening hours. The door was locked and a sign said they’d be back at 12:30pm. By 1pm they still weren’t back. Wasted 30 minutes. Go to a proper FedEx store instead.

I ordered a product, and Samsung delivered according to this company, Fedex. and they mailed me it will arrive today at noon. But the product doesn't come, and tracking message noticed, \wrong address\. I cannot understand. there are number of posts and items are delivered in this apartment, but WRONG ADDRESS?????????? Plus, they do not pick up the phone when I called. The client support system is fake. At least, they do not even call to my number when it is arrived around the neighborhood. In one sentence. \THESE PEOPLE DO NOT WORKING\. When you need to receive something from this company, just order them to hold the item and pick up yourself.

I am not sure what the other reviewer's experience was or if it's a fake review but this guy is very legit and honest. He is trustworthy and is very reasonably priced, Its a pleasure to deal with him.

I went to drop off a box with a pre-paid FedEx label here, and was told they charge 10 for this. I left and went to the FedEx counter at the SuperC on St-Jacques, where in 45 seconds the the nice lady put my printed address label and papers in a clear envelope, taped it to my box, handed me my receipt, smiled and wished me a good day. I guess this 10 charge is a business decision, but it may be ill-advised. I may not be representative of Westmount clientele, but I am now more likely to shop at SuperC - and much less likely to patronize this place.

Paid for service on June 14th, 2018. Did not deliver package as promised. Took more than 3 weeks to get it done. Not courier service at all. No refund. Lodged complaint with customer service. No reply. Verdict: unreliable.
