Phone appointments are always mismanaged. Receptionist is very rude. I get the impression that they don't know how to manage an office. Like appointments are scheduled too frequently and then the doctor gets frustrated, appointments are missed, and if you call to find out what's going on, be prepared to talk to the rudest receptionist on earth. I think she feels inconvenienced to have a job and has to do actual work hahahahaha.

Very good experience with the clinic overall and Dr. Zifkin (neurologist) specifically. Dr. Zifkin is a very professional and kind doctor who took care of every detail of my symptoms and gave me very helpful advice as well as refer me to other specialists due to the complexity of my condition.
