I highly recommend this clinic! They offer a variety of medical services all at the same place. The staff and doctors are welcoming and professional. Never had any issues.

Yes, I waited 10 min to talk to the receptionist.. This is COVID time : they validate a of my patient information to serve me better down the road. Keep up the nice work !
This was my experience for my first appt with this clinic. They called me to tell me that if I didn't show up or cancel more than 24h in advance, they would kick me out from having a family dr. So I made sure not to miss my appt. BUT THEN, they proceeded to cancel my appt WITHOUT TELLING ME! They called me once and DID NOT leave a message, never even tried to call me back either! I tried calling back and couldn't get through to anyone. They even sent me another 2 emails confirming my appt after the missed call, which I though was to confirm my appt - in line with the emails they had been sending me. If I had done the same thing to them, I would have been kicked out of the clinic... Instead, I missed half a day of work only to be told once on site that they cancelled my appt and weren't gonna reschedule it for another few weeks. They even told me they don't communicate by email! I received at least 5 emails from them in a matter of a few weeks. Terribly unprofessional appointment center, I can't speak for the dr because I haven't been able to meet him yet.
It's completely impossible to make an appointment or speak to anyone. Online portal doesn't work and they just straight up don't answer the phone anymore. Completely defeats the purpose of having a family doctor if you cannot access their services no matter what you do.
