I've been a client with Shelly for over a year and the results are noticeable even after just a few treatments. Her prices are unbeatable (paid less than 500 for 8 treatments on multiple regions of my body vs \u003e1800 elsewhere for one area). I've already recommended a bunch of friends who signed up for her deals and they too are pleased with the results (a friend recommended me to her services). They've reopened since Covid shut everything down and Shelly takes the upmost precaution in keeping the place clean and safe for herself and her clients.

This place is great to get your treatment done. They offer great services, and the lady who does it is so professional, friendly and always makes sure every thing’s fine through your treatment. It's also fast, and you never wait too long before your appointment.
I've been going to Shelly for a few months now for a laser hair removal treatment and absolutely love it! Shelly is super attentive and makes sure that you are comfortable and that the treatment is working. She will always try her best to book your appointment to accommodate your schedule. The treatment itself is great and very quick. She starts off slowly and increases the intensity as you go to ensure results and constantly makes sure you are ok with the pain. I've noticed drastic results already and I'm not even done with my treatment. Highly recommend.
I got a promotion in Groupon and so far was the best price on the market. I started to get results at the 2nd appointment. Shelly is amazing, very friendly and professional!! The place it’s really clean and neat!! I will definitely come back for another treatment!!
Stay away from this place!! Poor customer service. Shelly was very rude to me. If you come 5 mins late, she refuses to take you and you lose an app. However, when she overbooks and if running late, she expects you to wait 20 mins and acts like she is still doing you a favour for taking you. She will find any excuse for you to lose a session.
I am currently doing the laser removal treatment and I've been in love with the results I'm getting!Shelly always asks if I'm happy with the results and if I see some improvements. If there isnt much results, she always try to find a solution. I am tan and I know I wont see results as fast as other people but I definitely can see them! Overall I'm very happy with her courtesy and the results I'm getting.
