This is our favorite health food market in Montreal. Family-run and selling as much as possible from local producers. Its small space loaded with delicious veggies, fruits, nuts, canned &frozzen goods and all sort of treats. It also carries Eco-friendly home essentials and you can sign up for delivery (into the store) from 2 local CSAs (community sustained agriculture)
Little gem located in wesmount with a nice selection of local products and organic products. They are welcoming and very helpful
