Purchased a pair of shoes from this place. After wearing not more than 15 times, the laces bracket ripped out of their seems. This never happened to me ever. I went back there to ask for an exchange and they said it wasn't their problem. Will never shop here again

Their sale items are heavily discounted. Selection varies and designers and designs seem a bit random. Not my go-to shoe store but worth a look if you are in the area. Apparently it's closing but then I heard an employee say it may not.. Check before you go!
I have bought a couple of pairs from this store. Their service is welcoming and very professional!!! Absolutely recommend this place
Horrible service with overpriced shoes. Not only can you find the same products for less elsewhere, the staff is completely unhelpful and even rude. The manager insulted me personally when I went in for a return. Absolutely terrible experience.
Have tried calling this store on several occasions to speak about a potential resolution to a damaged product. The phone just rings. Never do they pick up and no answering machine. I consider that negligent in terms of customer service.
These guys sold me a pair of defective boots and then offered me a store credit knowing that they would be closing their doors in a couple of weeks. When they reopened a few months later, they claimed that my store credit was no longer valid. Stay away!

J'ai reçu le pire service à la clientèle...juste parce que j'ai refusé d'acheter un modèle de chaussure supplémentaire pour combler leur vente 2 pour 1, la vendeuse s'est fâchée et son assistante a complété la transaction de façon brusque et hautement impolie. Elle ne m'a d'ailleurs jamais souhaité la bonne journée....! Je ne retournerai définitivement jamais à cet endroit.
