It was very convenient to book the appointment online and to fill-out our vaccination histories in advance online to save time at the appointment (and get a discount on our visit!). The nurse was extremely knowledgeable and, based on our travel destinations, pin-pointed the specific vaccinations we ought to have and ruled out the ones we didn't need since we'd already had them and then gave us all the shots we did need very conveniently during our visit. One-stop shopping! I will definitely use this service for my next trip overseas.

I had a great experience here. The nurse was very nice, patient and explained everything thoroughly. I also loved the automated appointment system they had which was user friendly. It made it easy to book my appointment.

The nurse seemed nice and professional for the most part. She pulled up the government travel website to explain what shots we needed. She seemed not confident in her skills and drew a lot of blood during the vaccination. She was late in our appointment and during the 15 min post appointment wait for reactions; she asked us to leave only 5 minutes into it. I said I would stay the extra 10 minutes because I was waiting to see if my babies would have a reaction. It was clear that she wanted to leave the office since I was the last appointment for the day. I would go elsewhere if you need additional vaccinations for your child.
