The Pharmacists are nice but the main lady at the counter with the cane is super rude. I try to be friendly with her but she gives attitude most of the time.

Some of the staff could learn more about the meaning of Customer Service, for example the importance of being friendly and having a kind approach to people.
The Covid-19 screener at the entrance obviously thought this was her opportunity to be especially rude to customers, loudly and abruptly ordering customers around - instead of the elementary politeness which would have been so easy to apply. What a nasty little tripe right as you enter the store. The owner of this store obviously does not want customers, and that wish is so easily granted.
Been here once to buy a birthday gift for my friend. The staff here was very nice and helpful. Thank you so much!
I have never had a good experience here. The staff are honestly pretty rude, when I went I got unnecessary glares. My sister was actually accused of stealing something, even though she didn't and had to pay for it.
