When I had an issue with a purchase Arlette went above and beyond to resolve it. Great customer service! And I love my bag - beautiful leather; quality workmanship and it has compartments!!! Everything has a place so I hardly need to use the tiny attached flashlight, though I really like that feature.

We went in this rudsak store and we will definitely not go back. The staff are really disrespectful and they don't know how to handle clients. They're very rude. The owner have to be more careful about the staff.
