Really excellent food and staff! Wish we could have enjoyed it inside as the decor very cozy yet chic, but for takeout it was still amazing. Perfectly cooked and delicious, and as it was our first time we were told that dessert was on the house - a lovely touch! Truly a gem of a restaurant and one that we will happily bring any guests to!

Pleasant and unassuming, Toucheh offers good quality food at reasonable prices. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Decor is somewhat shabby chic, warm and welcoming. Being a BYOB is an added bonus. My guest and I enjoyed a leisurely lunch, and were both more than satisfied. We both had the lentil soup and lamb shanks. The two dishes were flavorful and the lamb tender and succulent. Neither were Italian influenced, but rather North African, reminiscent of meals I've had in Morocco. Paid street parking was readily available on Somerville Ave. during a midweek afternoon. It's a great option in Westmount, especially before or after shopping around the Sherbrooke/Victoria area.

I would like to share my experience - not only as a customer (who has been there with friends several times) but also as an ex-employee. If families have been frequenting this restaurant for over two decades, it probably did more than a good job in making people feel at home – including me. Having been able to try the whole menu at least 5 times, I was so confident selling anything because I knew – through my own senses – that there was just no average choice, the food is simply outstanding. In nearly two years I have never heard the chef saying “no, I cant”. His speech was always something like: “if they want to replace anything, just let me know”, or “the two people sharing on table 5 are students, right?”, then he would put a bit more of pasta than usual. His character and commitment to quality were reflected on every plate. Whenever I would see a group of tourists visiting Montreal I would think “these people are damn lucky to have found this place!” And every girl who worked with me eventually came back without their uniform, with 3 or 4 people and a few bottles of wine because they all shared that feeling of “my friends need to come here!" The passion put in each home-made dessert, the cleaning standards and the warmness with which we are treated is a combination we do not find in every corner. Toucheh means “provision” in Persian, and it does justice to its name: it is a provision for clients who celebrate marriages and birthdays there, for their employees who are treated (and fed, I must say) like family, and the enlightened family who runs this restaurant. I am absurdly grateful for this place in the heart of Westmount - and in mine too.

The Persian dishes are absolutely delicious. Come in big size. I had egg plants and my colleagues had salmon and lamb dishes and we're all satisfied. Cozy place and very friendly service. A must try!

Loved, loved this place! The moment we walked in, we felt charmed away by the decor and homey ambiance. Music was nice. Servers were kind. The food was incredible. Plus, it's BYOB! We ordered the Grilled Salmon (w/ Saffron rice), Lamb Shank (w/ Saffron rice), and Lamb Chops (w/ Garlic Spaghetti). They were cooked properly. Everything was tasty, not over-seasoned. The Persian/Italian fusion is an interesting, delicious way to offer which this restaurant did not disappoint to showcase! Thank you, guys. We'll be back! I already told friends about you! :)

Lovely restaurant run by equally fantastic people. My family and I were in Montreal on vacation from Sarnia and wandered into Toucheh by chance and were wonderfully surprised. The pasta was the best I ever had and the staff were so friendly.

Super kind and approachable people. Amazing food. The Pasta is fantastic, and their Persian dish are delicious. I love the use of saffron, reminds me of home, I am from Milano we use it on risotto. Their coffee is great and so is their dessert definitely coming back and bringing more people.
