Everything was ok until they charged my final payment to the credit card I had on file for the deposit without my permission. They should have invoiced me rather than taking it from my account themselves. When I complained about it they pointed out that the contract reads that you have to write a check immediately after installation or they would take the remaining funds from the card used for the deposit. Customers should have the option to choose how they want to make their final payment - after they’re invoiced! They also never sent the receipt for the deposit payment even though I asked 3 times! Another issue I had was that Monica scheduled the installation day and time without asking me - with no regard to my work schedule. They should have asked me first. It's a shame because Marty was great and they did an amazing job with the shower door, but I had to give them 2 stars due to the lack of professionalism that I experienced.
