ALL GONE

Dr. William H. Gans is a wonderful doctor. I’ve been his patient a little over 10 years. He’s very knowledgeable and kind. He has a great bedside manner and personality to be a doctor. He does not act superior or talk down to me or his staff when they present like some other doctors I’ve had. He has great follow skills and if you send him a message via the “my chart” system you will more than likely get a response within an hour. He’s very conscientious. I see Dr. William H. Gans for the most part in Weston or Coral Springs but occasionally I have to drive up to downtown Palm Beach to see him when he’s booked up in the south. I live almost 2 hours south of the Palm Beach campus with traffic and depending on the time of day but I don’t care. I gladly would drive the 1.5-2 hours to see Dr. William H. Gans because he’s worth it and I’m very happy to have him as my treating urologist. When you find a great doctor you hold on to them. I dont understand some of these other negative reviews? They just don’t make any sense to me? Sure we can all have an off day and that’s because we’re human. When I take a look at the other reviews those individuals wrote I think they just like to complain. Do your own analysis. Anyway, I highly recommend Dr. William H. Gans at the Cleveland Clinic. His assistants Elsa, Penny and Lindsay are top notch too. They will all take very good care of you or your loved one.

The Clinic is very well organized. Little wait time. I went to see the doctor about two common problems. Dr. Gans prescribed a couple of medications. He was cordial and pleasant. Since the medications worked I do not need to go back for six months.

Horrible experience, rude front desk staff. Doc was not informative or helpful at all won't be going back.
