This was my first time at Five Element Wellness Center and this was my first time doing acupuncture. I am not scared of needles because I have major tattoos, but I would be lying if I didn't say I had a little anxiety. However, the as the Doctor spoke to me, she lightly touched my back and I had no idea that she had already placed about 6-7 needles in my skin. It was such a pleasant experience. Last but definitely not least, the massage by Marley was heaven sent. I was so tense and she was able to work out all the kinks in my back and shoulders. Amazing experience overall, I would highly recommend them.

Very upset & disappointed with recent visits* to Five Element Wellness Center. The past 4-5 times I've visited or attempted to schedule an appointment, I'm always greeted with rude & "careless" customer service. Not sure if there was a change of management or unhappy employees, either way, it shows in the customer service. Employees give off a "you need us, more than we need you" attitude, not therapeutic atmosphere with this type of employee attitude. Unfortunately, after many visits, hoping this would change, it has not and thus I will no longer book services here & recommend the same to others until the customer service issues is fixed.
