The room looks nice and new BUT I was bitten by bugs or the sheet was not clean. I see those red dots on my arms ,legs and body，Super itchy. Try to avoid this place. Horrible.

Stayed for the night on our way back to SC. Upon check in front desk staff not following mask mandates. Multiple guests walking around with no masks even one at front desk. Hand sanitizer dispenser were visible but none of them worked. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom spacious. Staff were friendly and acknowledged that I was a reward member. Housekeeping staff were cleaning room and in hallways with no masks nor gloves. Our thermostat had no cover. Overall, it was ok.
Always clean, courteous, and reasonably priced! This location was no different! Great stay!!! Pet friendly too!!!
I have stayed here twice now and I had no issues either time. My rooms were nice, clean, spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pretty decent place. Seems to me like hotels are using the Covid excuse for lousy service but...
I stay here a lot as I travel for work. I always get a quality room at a great price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Building is clean and I feel safe here.
Brand new Holiday Inn Express and Suites! Rooms are fantastic, they're very large with a tiled entry way, spacious bathroom and desk. We stayed here while traveling north with two cats, they are pet friendly and did not require an additional fee. All employees wore a mask and COVID precautions were followed. To go snacks were available for breakfast. It's easy on/off the highway, although we didn't explore the area so I can't comment on that. Definitely felt like a safe area. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
Don't let the silly low star reviews deter you from staying here...this hotel is in excellent condition. We stayed here one night while touring WV and found it to be one of the better IHG hotels we've stayed at (we'regold members and stay at many IHG properties). The room we had was super spacious and sparkling clean. ALL staff members at all times were following masking and distancing guidelines (review/travel during covid) and all were very helpful and friendly. The pool and hottub were perfect after a long day on the road with a nicely hot hottub and a surprisingly warm pool. Didnt use but the exercise room appeared to be in good condition as well. Yes...there's a cemetery "next door" but I assure you they are not noisy neighbors (seriously not sure how/why anyone would even put that in a review...). We've stayed at a lot of places and would happily stay here again if we're in the area.
