I cannot say enough about the staff at House of Athlete. They are very attentive and friendly. The workouts are great too. I have been working out at a professional level most of my life but really let it go for the past few years. The exercises they use, I have never experienced before which keeps it fun and interesting. Also I haven't met a bad gym goer yet, everyone is fun and enthusiastic.
