It appears the door staff discriminates against who they let in with their spouses for appointment. When one is already nervous about the appointments and being off work, not sure about how to deal with paperwork for being off work. Said person has keys that go into the appointment. Now older lady is standing in parking lot with walker waiting in the cold for who knows how long. Let alone the person waiting has MS and cannot stand for long periods of times. Hopefully, she get herself on the hood of the vehicle to sit for hours in the cold. Don't forget others get to go in with their spouses. Guess you can't be white here to get the same treatment.

As someone with chronic health conditions, it's always nerve wracking to establish at a new clinic and have to start the dance all over again with new Doctors. I have to say I have over all loved the kind support staff and Doctors who have treated me at marshfield Weston. Always smiling, willing to listen to me, and actually care about me and my health. While over all I enjoy Marshfield Weston, I do have some major concerns. I have over heard reception staff talk about how COVID is not a concern for them and are not taking the nessisary precautions to protect themselves and others. If the staff is going to put my own and others lives at risk, I may need to swithc providers. Visitor beware.
