For a time, it seemed like the world was coming to an end. My home had been ravaged by fire and I felt powerless as everything that mattered to me slipped through my fingers. But then Werner from Restore All came into my life with their amazing emergency restoration company ! They responded super fast and started working on restoring all of the damage they could find in an effortless manner (it's not easy when you're trying your best). After speaking with them about every detail needed for this project, they took care of EVERYTHING from start-to-finish so I didn't have any worries left at all - they even billed directly to my insurance company without charging me one cent !

One of the best experiences we've had of someone coming into our home to do remedial work. Werner was knowledgable and reassuring. Milton was professional, understanding and took time to explain. Life happens. After returning home from a two week absence involving a medical procedure for our youngest son, we stepped into water upon unlocking the front door. Restore All came to our home within an hour and began immediate remediation to dry up the house, explain what had transpired and the next steps to take. Already harrowed from our sons hospital stay, I cannot tell you how comforting, clean, and fast they were the initial emergency call. To actually address the problems we were having, Restore All spent a week with us. Everything that was moved or even touched was covered with plastic, temporary plastic walls were put up to contain the mess. The floors were covered with protective walkway papers. The men working here were polite, professional, and fastidiously clean. When they left floors were mopped, all trace amounts of dust were removed, and the Hepa's left in place were clean, new with fresh filters. Why mention all this? Because living in Florida this is not an uncommon problem and one only needs to look online to read the horror stories other companies have created while mitigating water and mold. 5 Star Company, 5 Star Professionals, 5 Star Communication and Service. From the start, LouAnn was on our Team working to get service to us as quickly as possible - dry out, roof tarping, mold remediation - she coordinated it all and Ricardo, Marcelo, Mauricio, and Andres made it happen! We had a tough clean up job and it took some time, but with these guys doing the job, it went about as good as it can get when you are trying to find and get rid of mold.
