My dog unfortunately developed a bad bout of pancreatitis while we were visiting my parents on Christmas. Dr. Crisman and everyone at the clinic were fantastic! They worked us in on a busy Saturday, walked us through the prognosis, and helped us develop a plan to manage his symptoms for the drive back to North Carolina. Dr. Crisman was so empathetic and kind - he really helped us understand what we needed to do. I can’t begin to express how thankful we were to receive such good care when we were so far from home. I would recommend Dr. Crisman and the 280 Animal Medical Center to anyone!!

Dr. Sarah Juliana is amazing. She's very comforting as well as knowledgeable. The staff is very helpful and very accommodating. Always willing to help you out with an emergency appointment or even random pet questions. Prices on food, medications, grooming, vaccinations, and examinations are VERY FAIR! Far better than any other veterinary office we have been to. We always receive good quality care here. I won't take my fur babies anywhere else! ️

When my girl fractured her neck, it took us a while to properly diagnose her (hairline fracture). But it was all hands on deck till we figured it out. The wall of Auburn degrees is really all I needed to know.

We have never dealt with more caring folks than 280 Animal Medical Center. We had a poor experience with another vet when we first moved to Chelsea 3 years ago, and I happened onto this clinic while looking online. What a blessing that was!! Our Zoe got really ill recently while we were on vacation, and with great hesitation, I called Dr. Crisman this past Sunday, because I thought Zoe's situation was critical. I would never bother a doctor on the weekend unless I felt it was a dire emergency, but I was so anxious. It wasn't long before we got a call back from an incredibly kind vet who listened intently, asked questions, and told us exactly what we needed to do to help Zoe. Dr Jay put me at perfect ease about calling him on a Sunday, making me feel so much better. He has since evaluated Zoe, and she is so much better as of today. I write this mainly to tell you that we got a personal call from Dr. Crisman this morning to check on Zoe. We've had animals and vets for years and years, but we have never had a more caring doctor to care for our fur baby. Dr Crisman's staff is phenomenal, his grooming staff and services are awesome, and boarding has been wonderful, too! The facility is immaculate which speaks volumes to me. What else can I say? These folks are special and a rarity!!

This is the best vet hospital! From the friendly staff at the reception to each vet and assistant...they are GREAT ! They have taken care of my pets from routine care to spay and dentals. Dr. Crisman did a great job performing my Yorkie spaying and when he called, he gave me a detailed report and did not rush me off the phone. He also met with us again when we picked her up with photos and a full report of everything! They’ve worked us in when needed and have met my family with their pet after hours for an emergency . I would never go anywhere else! If you think the prices are a little high, remember... you get what you pay for and for my pets, I want A service and you get that here!
