I called them to see if they had an upright freezer in stock. The person that answered the phone was very rude and hung up the phone. Very poor service in my opinion!

dirty appliances, products don’t come with all the pieces, no return pickup when the product is trash.

Good luck getting your appliances delivered or being able to reach the store on the phone or have somene return your calls. I will never use them again. I took a day off work, and they didn't have the courtesy to call and tell me they were not delivering that day. Incredibly bad customer service experience. Also, they will not work with your schedule after they make a huge mistake like that. Other places may be more expensive, but at least you don't have to deal with shoddy and dismissive attitudes.
