Went here a few times, and mostly good on my part. One time we ordered a Meat Mountain and it was cold, but they offered to let us keep it and made us a brand new one hot & fresh. Keep it fresh and it’s the best
I've been in West Virginia for two years now and this was the nest Arby's I've been to. The food was hot and fresh and the girl that waited on us, in drive-thru of course, was so nice plus they were so fast! It made today's road trip 4.5 hours each way to go to a specialist doctor a little bearable .
Went through the drive-thru and only got jalapeno poppers and a drink. The woman at the drive through had her mask down below her chin the whole time and one of the guys cooking didn't have a mask at all. She was polite and replaced our order after accidentally dropping it, but they need to be more serious about the covid regulations.
