I love this place! I have gone to Doug's for several years. Always get the best service! They are very knowledgeable and right on with their service! Little hetic getting in and out because it is on the main road, but it is worth it! Nice group of people! Thank you all once again for your time, explanation of repairs needed and the great work you do!

A complete racket that should be investigated. Please be aware that this group lies and preys on those vulnerable after an accident to make impulsive emotional decisions about repairs or trading in cars. Go to South Park Service center for honest, legitimate work.
These “people” who tow cars are absolutely so disrespectful. They sneak around dressed in black walking up and down the streets looking for cars. They’ve towed people who have actual parking passes and authorization to park.
Great customer service and the tow rates a half of others in the area. If you need towed you better use these guys. Also have a texting service that keeps you updated every step!
Predatory towing practices. Cash only? Does the IRS know about that? Deserved 0 stars.
