Don't judge a book by it's cover.\ This book has a lot of stories to share. Make sure you hit breakfast and meet their proud 88 yr old customer. He is there everyday, and he isn't shy. Walking across the floor you can't miss how uneven the floors are. If you miss it, look at the legs of the tables, some have 2x4 wood to help level them. It adds charm. We were driving through and found this place on Google and not disappointed at all. Earned 5 !

Lovely little gem hidden in Morgantown!! Biscuit n gravy was on point!! (Real homemade biscuits!). French toast was to die for. Seriously. Such a good taste. Mexican omelette was my husbands fav. A bit spicy but delicious. We’ll be back!!

Great find! It doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is amazing. This will be my new breakfast spot when I go to visit my daughter. I had the Mexican omelet and country fried steak so far, have a lot more to try. I think I need to try the deep fried French toast next.

I found this place on Google maps as we were on a bike ride thru the mountains. The food looked good and the reviews. Upon pulling into the parking lot I thought we were in the wrong place. After walking in we we're both going umm.. Uhh. This place is the definition of a hole in the wall. We were greeted by a friendly girl running her butt off getting everybody their food and refills. Sat down, ordered and got our food. We both had the deep fried french toast with a side of home fries. Deep fried french toast is interesting. Reminds me of something you'd get at the state fair. That said the food was good, cheap, and the staff friendly. But keep in mind, it's really a hole in the wall. The bathrooms are very odd (water closets with a communal sink, tables mismatched with blocks of wood to level them, mismatched plates and silverware, etc. It's really a lot to take in. If you are the prissy type, this probably isn't the place for you. But if you are after a good home cooked meal, then give it a go!
