Very pleased with wait time..minimal at beginning of transaction and return..considering there was no reservation this gives them an A in my book.
I want to thank the guys at Westover for there help with our reservation for the car transport.Never had a problem reaching them by phone, they were the most helpful.
Just got off the phone with a guy about a Uhaul. They answered the phone quickly (which I expect means they'll answer the phone as soon as they can). Guy was VERY helpful. Went to try and find me a Uhaul on the lot and called Uhaul to double-check availability. I didn't get the Uhaul, but his help means I'll go back to them another time.
