Great people to do business with replaced my heat exchanger under warranty which I didnt know it was under warranty. They came out diagnosed problem and set up a time to do repair all done without a hitch.
Nick was our service man. We were very pleased with his knowledge, ability to perform quickly, and the willingness to explain the system to the curious mind hovering over him. Nick is a very friendly person and assured us that Westphal was there for their customers. Thanks to the office staff, especially to Cassandra, for communicating with me through Facebook messenger and helping to alleviate our long weekend fears of being without heat.
