If I could give negative stars, I would. The service department just lies to tell you what you want to hear. If you have an option to go somewhere else, avoid this place at all costs. The service manager David will lie straight to your face and act like you are in the wrong. Promised something that they can’t even accommodate. He stated “we thought we could just skate past that, but we can’t” and only informed me this cannot be done once I got here. Couldn’t even have the decency to call and inform me. This isn’t even half of my experience, overall complete trash.

These guys got me in and out in a couple of hours on a Saturday morning. Truck hasn't been running hot since repair was done. Garage rate is not for the faint of heart! Good techs, friendly and professional service!

While searching for a RAM 1500 4X4, I came across a nice vehicle at Westpointe Chrysler. I worked with Armando as my sales representative. He was professional, capable and respectful and operated in a transparent and understanding manner throughout the process. Additionally, I found the other employees I spoke with to be honest and genuine; a rare commodity in the car business. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend this business to others in the OKC area.
