I would highly recommend Hearthside of Westport. We have utilized them for cleanings on our pellet stove and more recently purchased a new pellet stove from them. They also installed the new stove which came out great. Hearthside is consistently professional, prompt, and has comparable pricing. I will continue to use them for years to come for all of my pellet stove needs.

Hearthside Westport was so great to work with when we bought a swing set climber for our kids this summer. Amber at the desk was very knowledgeable about all of their product lines as well as the exact location and availability of the climbing structure we chose. She even let us know about an upcoming tax-free weekend to save us some money. Corey and his team came and assembled the jungle gym in two days (it would have been one day but they got rained out part way through day one,) and they did an awesome job. The structure is so solidly built that it easily supports multiple kids and grownups. Corey told me that if anything loosens up or needs adjustment, to just call and they will come and take care of it. We haven’t needed that. But it is really nice to know that they stand by their products and provide support. I will definitely be going back to them, next for a hot tub, and then maybe an outdoor kitchen area. I absolutely recommend them. Also, when Joe came to do the site visit to make sure the giant climbing structure had enough space, he was super helpful. We had done some brush clearing to make space, but he suggested that we do some more, and even recommended a couple of guys who could come and do it for us if we wanted. My husband was so relieved he didn’t have to get the clippers and the saws back out!

Today we just had a beautiful Jotul gas stove installed by Hearthside Fireplace and Patio from Westport, and we couldn’t be happier. From the first day we walked into the new Hearthside location on State Road and sought Account Executive Diana’s help, we felt the information we were receiving from she, and from her colleague Joe, was accurate and honest. Sean, the owner came out for the site visit a few days later and now, with todays’ successful installation by their technician, Dave. our Jotul stove is operating beautifully and quietly., Hearthside’s prices were very competitive, and well below other competitors in our market. We did our homework. We’d highly recommend dealing with Hearthside. And if you go into the showroom and see a wonderful, happy, golden retriever looking for his tennis ball, say hi. That’s Blake and he loves everyone.
