Agreed. Next time I’d rather go to Upper West Side location and Serena will happily take care of me as usual. Jan and the younger clerk were not professional and very insulting. We’re the ones paying their commissions! No tissue paper, gift box or any samples at all. Should have shopped online and get all of the above shipped for free with no nasty attitude from them.

I use their Shea butter hand cream every day during the winter season and as needed year round. Fabulous beauty products with excellent service. Open year round for your beauty needs, L’Occitane is an amazing company selling wonderfully effective French skincare to the world at competitive prices.

Ladies where helpful. They advised that I buy the 35 candied fruit scent in a diffuser. What a disappointment. Didn't infuse the air with any scent. Sad.
