It's now the Shop'n Kart. Very happy, their prices are less than Safeway! Staff was friendly and greeted us as we came and thanked us as we left. I don't see any reason to go to the big city for groceries.

Little bit expensive, not very well organized with the groceries, hard to find things. Service is great though!

This site needs to be updated as this is no longer Red Apple. The new owners are Yard Birds of Chehalis and the store has been more modernized and updated with increased inventory. The store is always clean, well stocked and the prices are more reasonable with a very friendly staff. The new store has truely been an improvement for the community.

I own a small vacation cabin in Grayland, Washington. I've stopped at Ted's Red Apple Market numerous times to shop. The product prices are double that found in Aberdeen; There constantly "out-of-stock" on sale items; and the sales clerks are simply down right rude! Shopping in Aberdeen is the only way to go! Fresh food, better prices and nice sales clerks! Shame on Ted's!

On several occasions, I have purchased items advertised in their weekly flier, only to be charged a higher price than advertised and on many occasions had to correct the cashier. One cashier in particular, said she does what she is told to do by her boss and does not care if she charges the wrong price. The last time, and I mean the LAST TIME I was in the store, I purchased cookies advertised as 2 for 6.00, I was charged 4.99 each. I looked over the receipt when I arrived home and found the mistake. When I returned to the store, this same cashier, as above, looked at the flier, I had and said, "Those cookies went on sale today, not yesterday and showed me a different date inside the flier. What a pile of Hog Manure. I think if a store is going to run sales in their fliers, they should honor the dates listed at the bottom of the front page of the flier, not some hidden date somewhere else in the flier. I, for one, will rather drive 22 miles to Safeway than to ever step foot inside Ted's Big Apple again.

The people are polite but the selection is very limited coupled with steep prices. I hate not shopping local but paying 2 there and back to Aberdeen on the bus and getting my groceries for 1/2 the price is worth the trip. Also, for those of us with pets, the selection is TERRIBLE. Cat litter prices more than double what's at Walmart. All the pet food is horrid low quality corn based crap. Also, I've bought chicken leg quarters that they said were packed that day on THREE sperate occasions and when I opened the package it was RANK. INEDIBLE. This store could use some TLC and management that actually cares about the consumer.
