Beware — a SCAM LLC! The owner, Sharon Arena, is great at taking our money with no result driven marketing strategies to grow our business. First it was the poor communication or the ghosting effect —my team would reach out with emails with time sensitive questions but she was difficult to get in touch with or responded several days later with vague replies. My assistant has called countless times to their office for follow ups and requests however, no one answers the office line and it goes directly to a voicemail. Poor marketing of our business and brand. Salty Red Dog lacks honesty, results, and no return on investments in our marketing/pr efforts. Please find reputable Fairfield County marketing groups. We have reported this llc to the Better Business Bureau.
Beware of this agency. This subpar marketing agency we dealt with in promoting my dad’s business failed epically in every way. Very slow moving, allocated funds in all of the wrong pr/advertising sectors, and unprofessional as the office phone number rings and rings. Reviews even are staged by the owner and her family members and employees. Save your money and go with a legitimate marketing firm!
